Characteristics

The instrument integrates the functions of automatic liquid addition, heating, stirring, sedimentation and filtration, replacing the repetitive manual operation with the instrument and effectively reducing the labor cost.

The instrument automatically controls the closure and opening and closing of the reaction bag during the enzymatic process, which eliminates the need for manual operation and effectively prevents the volatilization of reagents under high temperature conditions.

Adopting straight-through flexible material reaction bag, compared with the traditional method, the sample is automatically transferred to the filtration section after settling, without the need for manual transfer of the sample.

The instrument has a built-in automatic pipeline cleaning function, which can avoid the clogging of the pipeline due to the deterioration of enzyme liquid and improve the precision of liquid addition.

Since the temperature of the experiment will directly affect the enzyme activity, the instrument controls and monitors the temperature of each channel in real time during the experiment, and improves the precision of temperature control to within ±1℃ to ensure the accuracy of the experiment.

The non-contact stirring method can avoid the loss of samples because the stirrer is not in direct contact with the samples while the samples are mixed with the enzyme solution efficiently.
