1. It is also called full-automatic fat content analyzer and crude fat analyzer. 

2.According to Soxhlet extraction principle, fat content is measured by weight measurement method. That is to say, the fat is dissolved in an organic flux, the fat is separated from the flux by extraction, and then dried and weighed to calculate the fat content.

3.The fat analyzer is mainly composed of heating extraction, flux recovery and cooling. During the operation, the heating temperature can be adjusted according to the boiling point of the reagent and the ambient temperature.

4. The sample is repeatedly soaked and extracted during the extraction process to achieve the goal of rapid determination.
