High throughput tissue grinder can grind up to 48 samples simultaneously in a short time. It can be dry milled, wet milled, mixed and homogenized, which frees the hands of the experimenters to the greatest extent. In addition, the special cell breaking beads can break the cells that are difficult to break under ultrasound and high pressure. The product supports a time setting of 1~9999 seconds, with a maximum vibration frequency of 2100 times per minute. It has the function of cover opening protection.

ADTP-48 high-throughput tissue grinder is a new generation of fast, efficient and safe grinding system. Support the extraction and purification of original DNA, RNA and protein from a variety of samples including soil, plant and animal tissues/organs, bacteria, yeast, fungi, spores, paleontological specimens, etc.

Other substances can also be ground. Support dry grinding, wet grinding, mixed grinding and homogenization treatment. This product can support up to 48 different samples for grinding processing, greatly improving the grinding efficiency and quality, reducing labor costs, and reducing manual operation errors.

High-throughput tissue abrader adopts high-frequency vertical oscillation mode. Different grinding beads are selected to grind samples with different properties directly in the centrifuge tube. The samples in the grinding tube collide with the grinding ball.

The grinding shear force and impact force generated by the grinding ball completely break the tissue, so as to effectively separate and extract the original DNA and RNA.
