Product Details
Single layer glass reaction is composed of electric constant speed stirring system, condensation, dropping system and heating bath. While stirring the materials, the bath heats the materials in the kettle. 
Characteristics
The parts in contact with the material are all made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and PTFE materials, which have stable performance and are not easy to react with the materials.
The main stent is made of cold plate anti-corrosive spray + aluminum alloy. And the bath is made of stainless steel.
Glass + PTFE material discharging valve, side material discharge without effusion.
Low-speed power-increasing motor, electronic stepless speed regulation, fine adjustment by knobs, speed adjustment box with dual display function digitally displaying speed and material temperature in the kettle.
Constant temperature bath with temperature digital display, switch controlling by knob with lock, K-type sensor at bottom of bath + stainless steel probe.
The stirring system uses ceramic bearings and mechanical seal to prevent the stirring rod from wearing out.
Using PT100 temperature sensor, 304 stainless steel material, wrapped in transparent PTFE tube , double anti-corrosion.
Vacuum pressure gauge shows real-time vacuum indicated by pointer.
Crescent-type stirring paddle, 304 stainless steel + PTFE stirring blade. The material of the stirring rod is 304 stainless steel, and it is wrapped in PTFE tube outside.
There is a discharging valve at the bottom of the bath to facilitate liquid discharge.
There is a universal wheel with brake at the bottom of the equipment, which can be moved as a whole and be operated easily.
Stirring, heating two fuses safety protection.
