Hospital steam sterilizer
1.The LD serie is equipped with a built-in electrical heater, sterilization timer, temperature and pressure automatic control regulator, safety valve, steam release valve, temperature and pressure indicator, alarm for finished sterilization, heating power automatic cut off, etc.

2.This sterilizer has the advantages of reliable sterilization effects, convenient operation, safe use, energy saving, and durability all at a low price. It is ideal equipment for health care facilities, scientific research, and other highly controlled environments to sterilize surgical instruments, dressings, containers, culture mediums, etc.

Characteristics

Automatic program operation control: it is convenient to use. The LED displays the dialog box during the whole sterilization process. The sterilization is automatically controlled without supervision.

The water temperature is set at 50～101℃, so objects of various types can be boiled at a suitable working temperature.

With a timer, the automatic countdown begins when the sterilizing temperature reaches the selected value. And the sterilizer will automatically release pressure and steam, as well as cut off the heating power after the sterilization. Then it alarms to remind that the program operation is finished.

This machine has automatic releasing device for cold air in the sterilizing chamber to ensure sterilization effect.

The electric heating element of this sterilizer is an immersion electrical heating tube with high thermal efficiency and AC220V voltage. Reliable grounding should be ensured when using.

The whole machine is made of high quality stainless steel. It has advantages of corrosion-resistance, easy maintenance, long life span and so on.

LD series vertical sterilizer is equipped with automatic protection devices against over-temperature and over-pressure.

Overheat protector: if no water is added and the water is lacking or breakage occurs during the operation, the power is automatically cut off.

Overload and electricity leakage protectors: the power will be automatically cut off when the circuit occurs leakage or over-voltage.

If the pressure of the sterilizer is greater than the maximum allowable operating range, it automatically opens to release the excessive pressure steam.

It is automatically closed when the pressure inside the sterilizer returns to normal value. This ensures safety during use.
